How to order (for made-to-order)

Customization and other made-to-order manufacturing is possible on the "ORDER MADE" page in the shop.

About cancellation/return/exchange

  • ・Please note that we do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer's convenience after the order has been confirmed.
  • ・In the case of initial defects, incorrect shipping, damage during delivery, etc., we will accept cancellations and exchanges only for unused items, so please contact us within 1 week from the date of arrival.
    Regarding refunds, refunds will be made within 5 business days after the product arrives at our company and the condition is confirmed.
    We will cover all return shipping costs.
